What is this?
A role-play evaluation tool where you respond to patient calls while recording your screen and camera.
How It Works
1. Choose an evaluation type (Call Center, Technical, or Nutrition)
2. Select scenario and review the patient's context
3. Start recording — your screen + camera are captured
4. Patient calls you — have a natural voice conversation
5. Submit your evaluation for review when complete
Step 1 — Pick a Scenario
Each evaluation has multiple scenarios. You can complete them in any order.
Before Recording
When you open a scenario, you'll see the patient context describing their situation and needs.
Take a moment to understand the scenario before starting — the patient will call you shortly..
Tip: Review the patient's background first so you're prepared when they call.
Step 2 — Start Recording
Click "Start Recording" to share your screen and camera.
During Recording
Your screen and camera are automatically captured — no screen sharing needed.
Your camera will appear as a small overlay in the portal.
When the patient calls, accept the call and have a natural conversation..
Tip: Make sure your microphone is on! Speak clearly as if you're on a real call with a patient.

Step 3 — Allow Permissions
You'll need to grant screen share and camera access.
Browser Permissions
When you click "Start Recording", two permission prompts will appear:
1. Screen sharing — Select "Entire Screen" or the browser tab
2. Camera access — Click "Allow" for your webcam
If you accidentally deny access, refresh the page and try again.
Tip: Use Chrome or Edge for best results. Safari may have limited screen recording support.
Step 4 — Review & Submit
Your recording is saved automatically when you complete the scenario.
After the Call
When the call ends, your recording is automatically saved. You'll see your evaluation results once your trainer reviews them.
You can re-attempt any scenario if your trainer allows additional attempts.
Note: Recordings are saved securely — no need to download anything. Just focus on the call.
